Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your bottle. If something's not right, here's how returns work.

7-day easy returns

Request a return within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original packaging, with all tags and seals intact.
To start a return, email dropshippingowala@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the product.

Damaged or wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing photo or video and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Refund timelines

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For COD orders, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer.
